Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling to Begin From 21stAugust 2024

The Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2024 is scheduled to start on 21st August 2024. This counselling process is essential for students who have qualified for the NEET UG 2024 exam and are looking to secure admission to MBBS and BDS courses in government and private medical colleges across Tamil Nadu.

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu, will conduct the counselling online. Students must register on the official website and participate in the choice-filling process to secure their preferred colleges. The counselling will be carried out in multiple rounds, including mop-up rounds if necessary.

• Students participating in West Bengal Online Choice Filling for MBBS & BDS Degree Courses will be required to remit a non-refundable registration fee of INR 500 /- for Government Quota and INR 1,000 /- for Management Quota.
• At the time of West Bengal NEET Registration, candidate will have to pay refundable security deposit for Govt Quota:-

Students belonging to SC/ SCA/ STA and converts to Christianity from Scheduled Caste Candidates are exempted from Security Deposit if the annual income is less than 2.5 Lakhs.
•    At the time of West Bengal NEET Registration, candidate will have to pay refundable security deposit for Management Quota:-
Management Quota including Minority / NRI Category seats in SelfFinancing Medical & Dental Colleges & State Private Universities INR .1,00,000/- 

SC/SCA/ST and Converts to Christianity from Scheduled Caste candidates (SCC) are Exempted from Security deposit if the annual Income is less than 2.5 Lakhs

•    Registration: Candidates need to register online to participate in the counselling process. Ensure all required documents are ready for upload.

•    Seat Allotment: Based on your rank, preferences, and seat availability, the DME will allot seats. The results will be published on the official website.
